    Service Adjustments General This set has an On-screen Service Menu system included in the CPU that allows remote operation for most of the ser- vice adjustments. On-screen Service Menu System Enter the Service Menu ( Note:It is necessary to perform a change in service mode for a short time.) Continue pressing the MENU key on the TV set.

    Protection Circuit Sub CPU (IC801) is programmed that the TV set goes to standby mode when there is circuit failure as below. 1. Power fail-1 (Pin-82 of Sub CPU): Detected the low voltage failure in the TV set. (2.5V, 3.3V, 5.0V) (Normal=High, Failure=Low) 2.

    Mechanical Disassembly 1. Stand Removal 1. Position TV face down on a padded or cushioned surface to protect the screen and finish. 2. Remove 10 screws to take the stand off. CAUTION: Hold the stand firmly as you remove the last screw. Screw 2.
