    ETTING TARTED Finding your phone’s serial number To activate your Virgin Mobile account, you need your phone’s serial number. To locate the number: Make sure your phone is turned off. Hold the phone face down. Toward the bottom of the phone there is a recess to aid you in opening the battery door.

    Charging the battery You must have at least a partial charge in the battery to make or receive calls. To charge the battery: Connect the AC adapter to the jack on the bottom of the phone. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
