GENERAL USE – Remote Control
The top four rows of buttons are Hegel system remote control functions that can be used to control most
Hegel amplifiers and CD-players. Functionality may differ from model to model. The bottom two rows are
designated DAC and computer controls (for the H80).

Input:
To change the selected input on your H80 amplifier you can use the IN+ (1) and IN- (4) buttons, to browse
through the different inputs. When the unit is turned On/Off, it will remember its last input state.
Volume control:
The attached RC9 remote control has two separate sets of volume control buttons. To adjust the output
volume levels on the H80, you need to use the buttons to the top right. UP (3) and DOWN (6).
Computer controls:
The SKIP (13 and 15) and PLAY (14) buttons on the remote control allow you to maneuver the playlist in
most media players. The funtionality will normally not require any software installation, but it does require
that the computer is connected to the H80 with a USB cable.

Play. Starts playback on Hegel CD-players

Skip to next track on Hegel CD-players
13.
Skip to previous track on most computers/media players
14.
Play/Pause on most computers/media players
15.
Skip to next track on most computers/media players
