Troubleshooting

If you have a problem with your watch, check the table below.
Symptoms
Problems with time signal reception.
Cannot start reception/cannot
check the reception result.
Reception is unsuccessful in a
receivable area.
The correct time and calendar
are not indicated after
successful reception.

Remedies
Deactivate the dive mode.
Avoid things likely to interfere with a time
signal and place the watch with the 9:00
position facing toward the station.
Do not move the watch until the reception
is finished.
Check the time difference setting.
Check and correct the reference position.
Check the daylight saving time setting.
