TO ANSWER CONSOLE RECALL

CALL HOLD
• Press flashing LOOP.
• Inform outside party (caller) of the status of the internal station they are trying to reach.
CALLING PARTY CHOICES:
Caller will Continue to Hold
• Press HOLD. Caller will remain on hold.
Or;
Caller will Call Back
• Press CANCEL. Caller will be disconnected.
If the internal station rings with no answer;
• Press flashing LOOP.
• Inform outside party (caller) of the status of the internal station they are trying to reach.
