The final step after saving your settings is to press the
"Prepare"
button in the left lower window
to generate, save and preview your G-code.
The G-code can now be uploaded by your printer through a computer connection as explained in
paragraph
"2.4.2. Uploading a model from your
computer" and is ready to be printed!
