2.2 Using the loop through facility The 8450-02 / 8460-02 have dual loop through facility available allowing the IP Control Unit to sit in the middle of an existing connection between devices. Any RS232 received on the RX of port 1 sent straight out of the TX of port 3 and likewise anything received on the loop port gets sent out of port 2.
