Setting the Demo Mode

When you first turn on the TV, the Menu Language,

Energy Saving Mode, and Demo Mode selection

windows will appear by default.

To select settings:

From the Menu Language selection window,

highlight your preferred language and press T.

Initial Setup

Please select a language.

English

Next, the Energy Saving Mode setting window will

appear.

For normal home use, press c to select Home and

press T.

To use this TV for displaying in a retail showroom,

please select [Retail].

[Home] mode is recommended for normal home

use. (ENERGY STAR

Next, the Demo Mode setting window will appear.

Initial Setup

To use the demo, please select [Store (On)]. For

normal TV usage, please select [Normal (Off)].

For normal TV usage, select Normal (Off).

To enable the on-screen demonstration, select Store

(On). The SRT Super Upconversion demonstration

window will display. To restart the on-screen

demonstration, press Y on the remote or on the TV

for 2 seconds.

Note: The on-screen demonstration will automatically

restart after 120 seconds of inactivity.

To change the Demo Mode setting:

Press the MENU and VOLUMEC buttons on the TV

control panel at the same time and hold for about 2

seconds, or use the Demo Mode item in the Setup menu

(- page 35).
