Most problems that occur during daily use can be easily corrected. With the help
of the following guide, you will be able to find the causes of problems and rectify
them.

Important! Do not open the outer casing of the appliance.
Installation work and repairs must only be carried out by a Miele approved ser-
vice technician. Repairs and other work by unqualified persons could be
dangerous. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for unauthorised work.
If you can't remedy the problem yourself, please call Miele. Please note that a
call-out charge will be applied to unnecessary service visits where the problem
could have been rectified as described in these operating instructions.
Messages in the display
^ Follow the instructions which appear in the display to remedy the problem.
^ If the fault message appears in the display again, contact Miele.

Possible cause and remedy
There is a fault inside the appliance.
^ Switch the machine off with the On/Off K sensor. Wait for
one hour before switching it back on again.

approx. 2 minutes before switching it back on again.
