Green coffee beans are very hard and still contain a certain amount of residual moisture. These can damage the coffee machine grinder as soon as grinding begins.

Miele cannot be held liable for damage arising from insufficient descaling, the use of incorrect descaling agent or the use of descaling agent which is not of the appropriate concentration.
