Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing difficulties with your camera, check the following table
for possible solutions. If the difficulties persist, refer to Chapter 11 -
Get
Help.
Additional technical information is available in the ReadMe file located in
the KODAK DC200/DC210 Folder.
Computer Monitor
Problem
The image on your monitor is
jagged or inappropriately
colored.
Memory Card
Problem
The DC200/DC210 does not
recognize your memory card.
Cause
Monitor is not set
correctly.
Cause
The memory card may
not be ATA
compatible.
The memory card may
contain compression
or stacker software.

Adjust your monitor
display settings. See
"Monitor Adjustment"
on page 9-1.
Solution
Memory cards must be
ATA compatible to
work with the camera.
Reformat any memory
cards that contain
compression or
stacker software.
Refer to the memory
card's user's guide or
see "Format Memory

for instructions on
reformatting the card.
