3.8.3.6 E-mail (As Figure 69)

This is used to set up the e-mail address and related parameter of the alarm e-mail features. This
function is available when IP Camera connects to Internet, and Receive & Send E-mail Addresses shall
enable SMTP Protocol.
[SMTP Server] This is the sender e-mail server address. This address varies by e-mail providers. For
example, the SMTP server for Gmail is: smtp.gmail.com
[E-mail receiving address] The e-mail address that will receive the e-mail.
[E-mail sending address] The e-mail address that the message will be coming from.
[SMTP password] The login password for sending e-mail address.
[E-mail title] This is the title of the e-mail that will be sent.
[SMTP Port] This is the SMTP port as specified by your e-mail provider. For example, the SMTP port
for Gmail is 465, and SSL needs to be on.
[SSL] Most E-mail server has 465 or 25 port. For 465 port, please select SSL; while not for 25 port. For
example, Gmail Server has 465 port, shall enable SSL.
After setting all the parameters, click the [Submit] button.
