Furthermore, cables can be used to connect
several RM 100 smoke detectors to an HM-Sec-SD
in order to transmit a smoke alarm in this way. This
enables you to monitor rooms which do not offer
favourable wireless engineering conditions.
In order to prevent overlaps with other wireless
services in the 868 MHz band, the system works
with individual wireless addresses, thus protecting
it from false alarms sent by other wireless
transmitters in this frequency range.
