WDUs
shall not be retumed to Seller
unless
authorization
is
received from Seller's Wananty

Center.
When
WDUs are refumed to Seller for repair
under
wananty,
pursuant
to
Selle/s
instruction
and in
aocordance with
packing and
shipping
directions provided by Seller, Seller
shall
bear
crmmercial transportation costs and risk of loss or
damage
to
VTDU(s) to Seller's
repair
facility unless
sucfr
VTDU(s) are ouBide the Continental
United
States.
ln
these
cases Customer shall
pay all packing, shipping, and any other
charges
to AT&T's
repair facility.
When
WDUs are retumed to Seller for out-of-warranty
repair
pursuant to Seller instuction and in accordance with
packing
and shipping direciions provided by Seller, Customer
shall \-'
bear
commercial
tansportation costs and risk of loss or
damage
to WDUs
both
to
and
lrom Seller's repair tacility.
Except as provided herein, Seller shall mail
a repaired or
replacement
WDU to
Customer
within
10
working days
from
receipt
ol
Custome/s retumed
VTDU.
Customer
is
responsible
for retuming all cords, power supplies,
handsets,
etc. which were originally included with the
WDU.
lf
such
items are not retumed, the lGworking-day period will nol
begin
untileuch itens are retumed. Seller shall not mail a
repaired or
replacernent
WDU
within the specilied time if
a
valid export
license
is
required.
ln such @ses, the
repaired
or replacement WDU will
be shipped
within
10
working
days
of receipt
ol a valid export
license.
Notwithstanding
any part
of
this warranty, Seller
has the
sole
disctetion to determine
if
a WDU
is
to be repaired
and
retumed or
replaced.
When
Setler determines
repairs
to be outside the scope ol the
wananty,
Seller
shall notify
Gustomer
of this

and provide a
not-to-exceed
price for the necessary
repairs.
