Then...
Press and hold the Envoy menu button;
Release it when the Envoy displays "Get New
IP Address." Wait at least 15 minutes to see if
it obtains an internet connection (+Web).
Relocate the Envoy to the power outlet
closest to the load center. If needed, install
the included Ethernet bridges to connect the
Envoy back to the Internet router.
If the number of bars is zero or one, relocate
the Envoy to the power outlet closest to the
load center. If needed, install the included
Ethernet bridges to connect the Envoy back
to the Internet router.
If the number of bars is more than two, please
contact Enphase for further troubleshooting
assistance.
