How do I connect my computer to a SMART Board that is all
the way across my classroom?
USB cables have a maximum length of 16 feet because of the how the cable works with respect to
electromagnetic fields. If your computer is more than 16 feet away from your SMART Board, you'll
need a USB extender in order to string two USB cables together. USB extenders are easy to procure
