Operating manual table-top models deep fat fryer/pasta cooker
Deep frying (fryer):
- press On/Off button
- set thermostat to required temperature
- red indicator lamp flashes
- when lamp stops flashing the selected temperature is reached
- place food in basket. Fill to ¼
- for frozen food shake off well before immersing
- place basket in frying reservoir
- once the food reached desired brownness raise basket and hang
on hanger for draining.
Attention:
Operation of the fryer must always be supervised. When refilling oil during operation
refill cold frying medium slowly and carefully in order to avoid
risk of spraying and burning. Used and contaminated oil is highly inflammable and favours
foaming.
