Rectifying faults - Irregularities during operation

Errors and required responses
The following table contains a list of possible irregularities during operation and how to rectify them:

Possible cause
Suction panel not closed correctly
Air guide panel not fitted correctly or
not fitted at all
Oven compartment not preheated
Oven temperature too high
Software has crashed
ON/OFF is blocked for 3 seconds
Whatever the cause

Complete or partial blockage of
waste water pipe

Permanent drain connection on
appliances with CONVOClean
system
Air vent blocked or covered
Appliance drain clogged
Appliance drain clogged
Water too hard
Incorrect cleaning agent
Water pressure too low

Preheat the oven compartment
Select a lower oven temperature and
extend the cooking time
Press ON/OFF for 5 seconds or discon-
nect the appliance from the mains
supply for 5 seconds
Try again after 3 seconds.
Caution: risk of contamination:
Discard any food that has come into
contact with this water.
Check customer's drain system and
clean if necessary
Use permanent connection if applicable
Remove obstruction
Clean out the drain
Rinse out the drain
Adjusting the water hardness
