INTERChANGING/SwITChING PLATES
Your unit comes with multiple sets of plates. Only one pair of matched plates can be
used at a time.
• Always remove plates when the unit is cool.
• To remove the upper plates, simply push on the upper plate removal button
and take out the plate (see illustration on page 3).
• To remove the bottom plate, push on the lower plate removal button on the
bottom housing of the appliance (see page 3) and take out the plate.
CAUTION: HOT SURFACE! DO NOT remove plates when HOT. Allow cooking plates
to cool down before removing.
NOTE: Only one pair of corresponding plates can be used at a time. Do not try to
mix plates (for example, do not use a brownie bottom plate and a donut upper plate).
Corresponding plates are labeled on the inside of each plate.
This appliance should be cleaned after every use.
1. Always unplug mini dessert maker from outlet when not in use or before
cleaning. Allow unit to completely cool before cleaning.
2. The cooking plates are coated with non-stick cooking surface, therefore little
cleaning is required. Simply wipe cooking plates over with a damp cloth, or
remove plates and wash thoroughly.
3. Do not immerse the mini dessert maker in water or other liquids. Do not use
abrasive scouring pads, powders or cleaners. Before next use; lightly grease the
cooking plates for easy removal of cooked desserts.

Storing Your Appliance

To minimize storage space in your kitchen, the mini dessert maker can be stored
vertically. Allow the Mini Dessert Maker to cool before wrapping the cord around
the base of the appliance and storing vertically.
