Assembling Your Reversible

Grill /Griddle
1
Place the base on a flat, level, stable surface, such as a countertop
or table.
2
Place the drip tray in the base (see figure 1).
3
Place the cooking plate onto the base (see figure 2) with either the
grill or griddle surface up according to your recipe.
4
Insert temperature probe into the probe receptacle on the
grill/griddle plate (see figure 3) . Plug the cord into a 120 volt 60 Hz
AC only outlet.
5
If using the grill outdoors attach the weather shield to the side
handle above the temperature probe (see figure 4).
Important: Your grill/griddle comes with a patented safety feature which
will not allow you to plug the temperature probe into the grill/griddle
receptacle unless the drip pan is properly in place. Never Try To Defeat
This Feature.
Using Your Electric
Grill / Griddle
When the grill/griddle is on, the red READY light will come on. This
light is in the shape of an oval, located on the temperature probe near
the dial. When the light goes out, the grill or griddle surface is preheated
to the selected temperature. This light will cycle on and off during
cooking, indicating that the surface temperature is being maintained.
