Text entry

Predictive text (T9)

Writing a message with predictive text is much easier, because it uses an internal

dictionary to work out what word you want to use. You simply press the keys with the

letters you want once.

To cycle through alternative letter combinations, press q. To change from predictive

text (T9) to abc (multiple key press) entry, press and hold

Symbols

For a space, press

. To cycle through common symbols, press 1 (in T9 mode

press 1 then q). For all symbols, press More > Add symbol.

Capitals and numbers

To cycle through Abc, abc or ABC, press

. To enter a number, press and hold the

number key.
