STEP 5. Assemble wheels into housings (Fig. 4).
You will need: 2 - 8 x 60mm carriage bolts
2 - 8mm self-locking nuts
Add carriage bolts from the inside and secure each
with a self-locking nut. Do not over tighten, wheels
should spin freely.

STEP 6. Attach adjusting feet (Fig. 5).
You will need: 2 - adjusting feet
2 - 8mm flat washers
4 - 8mm hex nuts
Add an M8 hex nut, to the adjusting foot and thread all
the way down to the foot. From the bottom, place the
feet through the hexagonal holes in the side rails,
opposite end of the wheels. Hex nuts on feet should be
recessed into hexagonal sockets in side rails. It may be
necessary to loosen the 8mm x 20 carriage bolts to
align the hex nuts to the sockets. Secure each foot
with washer and hex nut.

STEP 7. Attach Castor sub-assembly (Fig. 6).
You will need: 2 - 8 x 60mm hex head bolts
2 - 8mm lock washers
2 - 8mm nuts
Slide sub-assembly over the square tube and align with
the two holes between the adjusting feet. Add hex
headbolts from the bottom and secure each with a lock
washer and nut. Tighten securely.

STEP 8. Attaching extension lever (Fig. 7).
(If you do not have a 52" Rail System skip this step)
You will need: 1 - Extension Lever
2 - Retaining Rings
Add a retaining ring to the middle ring groove in the
extension lever. Place extension lever through the tabs
on the foot pedal as shown. Add second retaining ring
to end of extension lever to lock in place.

STEP 9. Orientation of base. (Fig. 8). If your saw has a
52" Rail System the base must be placed under the
saw with the castor assembly to the right side, with the
extension lever in place (Fig. 8A).
accessory or with a stock saw the castor assembly
should be to the left (Fig 8B), extension lever is not
needed.

STEP 10. Add bolts and spacers under base . (Fig. 9).
You will need: 4 - 8 x 40mm carriage bolts
8 - Cardboard spacers (User supplied)
From the underside of the base place a carriage bolt
through the square hole in each corner of the base.
Place two cardboard spacers (approximately 5/16"
thick) under the head of each carriage bolt. The spac-
er will hold the carriage bolts in place as you add the
saw.
