Installation

4.1 Indoor unit installation

4.1.1 Ceiling cassette
Do not install the indoor unit in a location where it will come into contact with the following
elements: uneven circled air, saline gas, sulphide gas, machine oil, moist air and the place which
can't support the weight of the unit.
°ˆ Investigation before installation
°Ò All field wiring must be installed in accordance with the local wiring regulation.
°Ò Ensure that the rated voltage of the unit responds to that of the nameplate before
commencing wiring work according to the wiring diagram
°Ò Make sure the installation of electrical circuitry, refrigerating pipe and drain pipe convenient;
°Ò No obstacle should be near the inlet and outlet of the indoor units in order to ensure the air
flow smoothly;
°Ò Please refer to the following drawing for the installation:
°Ò If the unit is installed as per above requirement, the system will have a good performance.
Or there will be some bad effect on the performance to some extent;
°Ò In order to avoid the vibration and reduce the sound level, the base must be strong enough
to support 4 times of the unit's weight.
°Ò The unit should be installed horizontally and make sure the ceiling has no more than 350mm
height for the installation.
°ˆ Installation method
°Ò Indoor unit must be far away from the heating source and gas source;
°Ò Measure and mark the location of unit, then make hole in the ceiling, and install the hanging pole;
°Ò The dimension of the installation paper can be changed with the variation of temperature and
humidity, please measure it before use;
°Ò The installation paper should have the same size as the outlet of the ceiling hole;
Please put installation paper on the indoor unit before the decoration is finished.
