Configure the following items.
[Polling Interval]:
Set the interval at which the software
automatically searches the network for
new printer connections.
[First Address]:
Set the first address of the IP address
range used to automatically assign IP
addresses to newly discovered printers.
[Last Address]:
Set the last address of the IP address
range used to automatically assign IP
addresses to newly discovered printers.
The IP addresses assigned to printers newly
connected to your network will be within the range
you set here.

Press the F10 key.
The settings you made in step 4 are saved, and the screen returns to [Automatic Mode Main
Menu].

Press the F3 key on [Automatic Mode Main Menu] to start polling.
The software continues to search for printers at the interval you specified in step 4 until you press
the F4 key.
The names of automatically created printer agents start with "CANON_PA_"; followed by the
printer's IP address, the octets of which are separated by an underscore ("_").
Example: CANON_PA_172_20_88_118
To display the list of IP addresses and MAC addresses set for printers in Automatic mode, select
[IP Addresses Setting Log] from [Automatic Mode Main Menu].
