Dial 9 followed by the number required

Press the REDIAL soft key then use the Vol ▲/ Vol ▼
to select
Lift handset or press Speaker key for hands free functionality
Press the PICKUP soft key in idle state
Press the Hold/Save key and your call will hold for 30 seconds then ring back
Press the flashing line/loop key
Announced – With caller on the phone, press Trans/PGM, then dial the extension
number, flex key or external number, once answered announce the call, and hang
up to transfer. Un‐announced – With caller on the phone, press Trans/PGM, then
dial the extension number, flex key or external number and hang up to transfer.
If Busy/No Answer – Press Trans/PGM button to return to caller or flashing
Dial extension number, if engaged press CAMP‐ON soft button, and hang up for
a call‐back or press MSG soft key to leave a voicemail message (only if user has
voicemail set up)
With Caller on the phone press Trans/PGM then 601 to 609 (there are 8 default
line numbers). This will hold the caller in the system
Dial the relevant Park location number 601‐609
Press Trans/PGM & key 6, then 1 for Headset use or 2 for SPK/Handset use
Press DND key ‐ internal callers will get "Do Not Disturb" on their display and
your phone will not ring. Press DND again to turn off
Press Speaker key, then FWD soft key. Then press:
1. To divert all calls immediately.
2. To divert when busy/engaged on a call.
3. To divert on no answer after 15 seconds.
4. To divert Busy AND No answer together.
You must now enter the location you want to divert to ‐ for an extension or group
just key in the 3 digit number ‐ for a number from your speed dial list press SPEED
soft key & dial short code ‐ for a number that is not saved dial 9 then the full
number & press Hold/Save. Your forward will be displayed on the screen.
Press Speaker Key, FWD soft key, then #
Press Trans/PGM then Speed, then key 01‐19 to choose the desired short code,
then Key 9 + the telephone number & press Hold/Save. Next enter the Name
using the numbers on the keypad e.g. if an F is required, Key 3 with F on it 3
times, K would be 5 twice & to insert a space press the Vol ▲

You can move the cursor using the Vol ▲/ Vol ▼
If you know the Speed bin number ‐ Press Speed then & the number e.g. 01‐19 To
select by name ‐ Press Speed then Speed again for by name then option 2 for
personal directory & scroll through using the Vol ▲/ Vol ▼
Press Speed then desired short code (for dial by name see additional functions
guide for more detailed instructions)
With the handset down use the Vol ▲/ Vol ▼
Press Trans/PGM then 11 for Internal tones or 12 for External tones. Key 1‐8 to
hear the tones & select your preferred tone by pressing Hold/Save
