    Preparazione del telefono 1. Inserimento della scheda SIM Localizzare la sede per la scheda SIM sulla parte posteriore del telefono. Per inserire la scheda SIM: 1. Rimuovere la batteria, se è presente. 2. Inserire la scheda SIM nella sua sede, sotto i due dentini metallizzati, con i contatti dorati verso il basso e l ’angolo tagliato in alto verso sinistra.

    Preparazione del telefono 3. Installazione della batteria 1. Inserire i ganci sotto la batteria nelle apposite fessure sul retro del telefono. 2. Quindi esercitare una pressione al centro della batteria per portarla in posizione. 4. Ricarica della batteria Prima di collegare l’adattatore da viaggio al telefono verificare che la batteria sia installata correttamente.

Quando si riceve un messaggio, il telefono emette un avviso acustico a seconda del profilo audio impostato (consultare il paragrafo [Menu 3] per informazioni).

    ❇ Ricevi (solo per la notifica dei messaggi multimediali) A differenza degli SMS, gli MMS devono essere scaricati dal server previa conferma dell’utente, in quanto la loro dimensione può essere notevole. Per questo, quando la rete invia la notifica MMS, è necessario confermare la ricezione selezionando [Ricevi].

    Messaggi [Menu 1] Visualizza informazioni È possibile visualizzare le informazioni sul messaggio inviato, fra le quali l’indirizzo del mittente, gli oggetti allegati (soltanto per i messaggi multimediali), data e ora di invio del messaggio, sul tipo di messaggio e la sua dimensione.     Messaggi CB [Menu 1-6] (Servizio di rete) I messaggi di rete o CB (Cell Broadcast) sono messaggi di testo inviati dal gestore agli utenti GSM. Generalmente, questi messaggi contengono informazioni su tempo, traffico, notizie, taxi, farmacie e promozioni commerciali. Ogni informazione è identificata da un canale differente, da attivare nell’apposita lista [Menu 1-6-5].

    Impostazioni [Menu 4] Sicurezza [Menu 4-5] Richiesta codice PIN [Menu 4-5-1] PIN è un’abbreviazione di Personal Identification Number utilizzato per impedire l’utilizzo del telefono da parte di persone non autorizzate. In questo menu, è possibile impostare il telefono in modo che chieda il codice PIN della scheda SIM quando viene acceso.
