- Page 7 The battery and battery charger are not toys and need to be treated with care. Never open the charger or attempt to alter its use. A malfunctioning charger should be returned to Popcycle for replacement. It is not advisable to travel with the charger unless it is properly protected. This is a sophisticated electrical device that should not be subjected to dropping or jarring.
