Fixed dial

After the function is activated, the mobile phone is only allowed to be used to dial the
telephone numbers existing in the list. To turn on the function, you need to input your
PIN2 code. Please consult your network service provider for specific situations.
Note:
When Fixed dial function is active, the function of SIM card will be restricted,
such as dial call, send SMS, and send MMS and so on.
Change PIN code
SIM 1 PIN: if the PIN is enabled, you can change the current PIN.
SIM 1 PIN2: the current PIN2 can be changed. You can make it through pressing
the system prompts.

UIM lock settings are similar to SIM1 lock settings, it includes only UIM lock and UIM
