Printing Features for PCL

[Save] or [Load]

[Job Type]
A. Normal: Prints immediately.
B. Sample Print: Prints one set for review.
C. Locked Print: Stores print job at the printer and requires a password to release job.
D. Hold Print: Temporarily saves your print job until it is manually released at the printer.
E. Store Print: Stores print job allowing the job to reprint at the printer under the print jobs.
F. Document Server: Sends files directly to the Document Server on printer to be printed as
needed.
NOTE: After selecting the job type, go to
User Name to retrieve print jobs.

[Layout]
Reduces the images so multiple pages can fit on one side.
4.
[Duplex]
Prints on both sides of paper (Open to Left)
5.
[Punch]
Displays 2 or 3 hole punch positions (if applicable)
6.
[Staple]
Displays staple positions (if applicable)
