HOW TO TURN ON
YOUR PREAMPLIFIER
In order to get the best performances liorn youJADIS preamPlifier, it is necessa-
ry to Ibllow carefully the itsfuctions
below :
1 - Check that the poiler switch is OFF.
2-Connect the t\!o interconnect cables lrom thc PreamPlifier outpul to the
amplifier input RCA connectors.
3 - The power cord oflour prcamplilier is detachable to facilitate safèr and eâsier
noving of the unit.
Always use the powcr cord suPplied or one of equivalent electrical rating.
4 - Insert the cord finnly into the receplacle on the back ofthe prearnplifier befirre
plugging thc other end to the wall.
5 - Check thal the mutinÉl switch is ON.
6 - Check that the TAPE/MONITORING
switch is on SOURCE.
7 - Clheck that the \rOLtlME potentiometer is at a minirnum level
8 - Switch the power switch to ON.

9 - Choose your source.
10 - Switch the MUTING slritch to OFF.
11 - $hit until the protection system cleans up the way to your favorite mrrsi( -

CREEN indicates your listening can begin.
l2 - Adjust 1'our volume.
NOTA
YouIJADIS preamplifier is now running. Howcver, its optimum sound qualiry will
be reached only when the preamplilier reaches is idcal temperature (a1ier âbout
t horrr of oDeration).
