Procedure 1
The most common way to change properties for the current print job
is through the application in which you are working. Although this
procedure may vary between applications, general instructions are as
follows:

From your application's File menu, select

Procedure 2
You can also set Job Properties to control various system printing
functions, such as print screen, drag and drop printing, and printing
from OS/2 Windows and full screens. Follow the steps as shown to
access Job Properties from the printer icon for this type of printing.
