Note: The front LED turns red to indicate the battery is currently charging.
Plug the flat end of the charger into the phone's charger jack and the other end into an
electrical outlet. The phone turns on with the screen locked and indicates both its charge
state and percent of charge.
With the network-approved Li-Ion battery, you can recharge the battery before it becomes
completely run down.

Plug the AC adapter into an electrical outlet. Fully charging a battery may take up to
three hours.
Note: Your phone's battery should have enough charge for the phone to turn on and find a
signal, run the setup application, set up voicemail, and make a call. You should fully
charge the battery as soon as possible.
2. Press the Power button to turn the phone on.

If your phone is activated, it will turn on, search for wireless service, and begin the
setup application.

