Handset settings
• If you have made many wrong settings and you want to restore the
handset to the factory preset initial settings.
• If the phone shows logical malfunctions (not correct symbols on the
display, incorrect behavior etc.), the problem can be caused by a AC
power supply noise or an electrostatic spike which can temporarily alter
the memory of the internal microprocessor. In this case the reset could
solve the problem.
Be careful! When you reset the handset you will loose any data stored in
it (e.g. name and numbers in phonebook). Don’t forget to note them down
before resetting the handset.
