HOW TO OPeRaTe THe SOuND
THeRaPY ReLaXaTION SYSTeM
1) Plug the pin end of the adapter into the
DC jack on the side of the Sound Therapy
Relaxation System. Insert the plug end of the
adapter into any 120V AC household outlet
OR insert four "AA" batteries (not included)
as shown inside the battery compartment,
on the bottom of the sound system.
2) Press the ON/OFF button once to turn on
the sound system. The sound system will
generate the natural sound selected the last
time the system was used.
3) Choose one of the 10 natural sounds by
pressing the corresponding button once.
4) To turn off the Sound Therapy Relaxation
System, press and release the ON/OFF button
again. The sound that was last selected will
be remembered and it will be re-produced
automatically the next time your sound
system is turned on.
5) To adjust the speaker volume, turn the
volume control located at the front of the
sound system.
6) To activate the 60-minute timer when the
sound system is on, slide the 60-MINUTE
AUTO TIMER switch to ON. The sound sys-
tem will automatically shut off after 60 min-
utes. If the timer switch is activated again
while operating, the timer will reset itself to
another 60 minutes.
7) If the 60-minute AUTO Timer switch is
turned to OFF, the Sound Therapy System
will remain on until you turn it off. To turn
the sound system off, press the ON/OFF but-
ton once.

1) Before cleaning, unplug the Sound
Therapy Relaxation System from the
outlet (if using the adapter) or remove
the batteries.
2) Only clean the Sound Therapy Re-
laxation System with a soft, slightly
damp cloth. Never allow water or
any other liquid to come into contact
with the sound system.
3) DO NOT IMMERSE IN ANY LIQUID
TO CLEAN. Never use abrasive
cleaners.
4) Do not attempt to repair the Sound
Therapy Relaxation System.
