Source d’Horloge GPIOs General Purpose Inputs Outputs. AQONDA 8 and AQONDA 16 each feature eight GPIs and eight GPOs. GPOs can be fully configured to remotely control external devices. GPIs can be used to receive commands from external devices. PRIMARY MASTER In an EtherSound ES-100 network, the first device of the chain (the one on which the IN port is not connected to any other EtherSound device) provides the synchronization for the entire network.
  • Page 19 RING A ring topology may be used in order provide redundancy and thus increase reliability. This topology is to be considered an extension of the daisy chain topology, where the last device is physically connected to the first one. The priority “Preferred Primary Master” is defined by the network dministrator through the of EtherSound control software.
