    Most of the 1990-1995 Cadillacs have a slight variation on the wiring for the VATS !! WARNING !! system. On these cars, there is an ORANGE wire (actually a vinyl sleeve) that contains smaller wires.     4 Blue Wire (14 AWG) Ignition 1 #1 sets the starting method. The factory setting uses “No-Tach” start- ing. If you wish to use the tach to start, follow the instructions in 12A. #2 is for the choice of run times. Connect the LIGHT BLUE wire to the ignition 1 wire of your vehicle.
