EWM2000 electronics DEMO-program
Concerns:
When the EWM2000 electronics came into the production it was not possible to activate a DEMO program.
This was made possible only after a software change.
The DEMO program can be activated by pressing two option keys simultaneously and turning the program
selector, one position to the left (for more information see Service Manual).
Attention: The DEMO program keeps to be activated even when the appliance is separated from the mains or
switched OFF and ON, i.e. a program can be selected. The program run time is indicated in the display. The
option keys can be selected, the leds are lit but it is not possible to start the appliance by the START/PAUSE
key. The START/PAUSE led is flashing.
The DEMO program can only be deactivated by the same process, pressing two option keys simultaneously
and turning the program selector one position to the left.
Electronics with software W2C01352 and W2C01450
From series no. 313 … … a new software was installed at works. In this connection, a function for the
deactivation of the DEMO program was supplemented.
When the appliance is in the DEMO program it is possible to deactivate the DEMO program by selecting the
diagnostic program.
Electronics with software W2C01550 and W2C01551
For the customer service only electronics with the latest software W2C01551 are supplied. Here, small program
changes may result when replacing the electronics.
