Problem

Cause and remedy
The hob is incorrectly connected.
 Contact Miele. The hob must be connected to the
mains according to the wiring diagram.

The overheating protection mechanism has been acti‐
vated.
 See "Overheating protection".

There is an electronic unit fault.
 Interrupt the power supply to the hob for approx. 1
minute.
 If the problem persists after power has been re‐
stored, please contact Miele.
