SETTING THE COOKING TIME & POWER LEVEL
IMPORTANT: Only use heat resistant glass, heat resistant ceramics and
microwaveable plastic dishes when microwaving.
G Place the food in the oven and close the door.
G Use the power control dial to select the required power level.

G Select the cooking time required by turning the timer dial. This can be
anything from 1 minute to 30minutes.The oven will automatically start
cooking once the timer has been set.
CAUTION:
ALWAYS RETURN THE TIMER BACK TO THE ZERO POSITION if
food is removed from the oven before the set cooking time has
elapsed. You must do this by hand. To stop the oven during its
cooking cycle, simply pull the door handle to open the door or
turn the Timer back to '0'.
Always set the timer to "0" when not in use.
DEFROST
G Place the food in the oven and close the door.
G Turn the power control dial to Medium Low/Defrost
G Select the defrost time required or to defrost by weight turn the timer to the
relevant Kg weight marked on the dial ( between 0.2Kg and 1Kg).
G The oven will start defrosting the food immediately.
G When defrosting food in plastic non - microwaveable containers , only defrost
until the food can be removed from the plastic and placed in a microwave-
safe dish.
