TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM
Heater will not start
Controller display does not
illuminate
Blower runs, no heat
PROBABLE CAUSE
No power to unit
Blown fuse(s)
Main circuit breaker tripped
kW setting is in the off position(s)
Thermostat option not selected properly
If in the remote position, thermostat may not
be plugged in properly
Remote thermostat set too low
Sail switch out of adjustment or defective
Defective controller
REMEDY
Make sure Master pull button is in the out
position.
Check voltage at main power supply and circuit
breaker.
Check control panel fuses, replace if
necessary.
Reset main circuit breaker.
Move kW swtich to apppropiate kW setting
Check thermostat setting position
Check thermostat plug to make sure it is
Plugged in securely
Adjust thermostat control
Check for air flow obstruction. Check belt
tension.
Replace sail switch if required
Check controller and replace if needed
