Configures the system for these radios, including Concert II and

Symphony II.
Randomize all mode
When the random (or "MIX") button is pressed in track mode, the next
9 song will be randomly chosen from the entire database of songs
available.
Randomize current list mode
When the random (or "MIX") button is pressed in track mode, the next
10 song will be randomly chosen only from the current listing of songs (say,
from an artist or album).

Track Info Button

Pressing the SCAN button while in Track Mode will announce the
current playlist, album, artist, and genre names, if known.
