Appendix VII: Notes and
Tone Periods.
The table which follows gives the recommended Tone Period settings for notes in the usual even
tempered scale for the full eight octave range.
The frequency produced is not exactly the required frequency because the period setting has to
be an integer. The relative error is the ratio of the difference between the required and actual
frequencies and the required frequency, ie: (REQUIRED -ACTUAL)/REQUIRED).
