Creating still pictures from motion pictures

You can extract a frame from a playing motion picture and save it as a still picture in JPEG format with Exif information.

In the playback window, pause the
motion picture at the location where you
want the still picture.

You can also display the Playback window by selecting
[Capture] on the main window.

You can also display it by selecting [Tools] → [Movie] → [Still
picture capture] from the menu.

Click .

Select the save destination folder.
To save in a folder that is not displayed
Click [Browse...].

Select the folder that you want or create a new folder,

and then click [OK].

Enter the file name.

Click [OK].
A still picture generated from the motion picture is saved.
