SANDING DRUM MANDREL AND SLEEVES 1. Using the included Phillips screwdriver, unscrew (but do not remove) the small bolt from the head of the mandrel, until there is no pressure on the washer under the bolt head. 2. Slide a sanding sleeve of the desired diameter and grit over the rubber cylinder at the head of the mandrel.
