priority line setting. Example: the priority line is 3.

• Press the REVIEW up or down arrow button to scroll through the call records.
• When you scroll to the start/end of the list, START/END appears in the display.

1. While a name and telephone number shows in the display, if you need to edit the information, press the SELECT
button and follow the steps for Storing a Name and Number in Memory.
2. If you do not need to edit the name or number, press the STORE button.
3. To store data in the Phone Book Directory, press the DIRECTORY button,

To store data in the Intercom/Memo Log, press a memory log button (1-16).

To delete the record shown in the display, press the CLEAR button once.

This feature allows you to clear all Caller ID records at once.
1. Press the MENU button.
2. Use the REVIEW up and down arrow button to scroll to SET ADVANCE FEATURE .
3. Press SELECT.
4. Use the REVIEW up and down arrow button to scroll to CLEAR ALL CALLER ID .
5. Press SELECT.
6. Use the REVIEW up and down arrow button to scroll to Yes .
7. Press SELECT. OK is displayed to confirm all Caller ID records have been deleted.
NOTE: You may press the EXIT button at any time to exit.
