you have an IBM Cluster Adapter, it came
with a terminating plug. Disconnect the coaxial
cable from the Cluster Adapter's connector.

Refer to the figure below and install the
terminating plug (IBM part number 6323481)
on the Cluster Adapter's connector.
Continue with "Power-On Self Test (POST)"
on the following page.
