Problem
Red LED stays after power on
Does not sweep when it is turned on
Moves backwards after
being started
Side brush is bent, does not
sweep well

Possible reason
Battery low power.
Lifted from floor.
On/off switch is in "OFF" (O=OFF) position.
Dirt cup filter is installed incorrectly.
Floor is dark in colour.
Excessive use.
Battery is not installed correctly.
Battery low power.
Battery life has ended due to normal wear
and tear
Clog in nozzle.
Solution
Recharge battery.
Place back on floor.
Switch to "ON" (I=ON) position.
Install dirt cup filter correctly.
Adjust cliff sensors sensitivity to a lower
sensitivity setting. See "Adjustment of
Cliff Sensors"
Replace brush. Call Customer Service:

Install battery correctly. See "Battery Installation"
Recharge battery (Turn cleaner "OFF" first)
Replace battery. Call Customer Service:
