Before you plug in your E180, here are a few things about your E180 that you

might want to know first before you use it.
You can rotate the USB connector out of the top of the USB Modem.
Indicator is...
Solid Green
Solid Blue
Solid Cyan
Off
Intermittent blinking means the device is registered to but not connected to the relevant
network (connect using BT Access Manager).
Rapid
Green
blinking means the E180 is on but not registered/connected (eg. no network
coverage available).

this means...
the E180 is connected to a GPRS (GSM/GPRS/EDGE) network
the E180 is connected to a UMTS (3G) network
the E180 is connected to a HSPA (HSDPA/HSUPA) network
the E180 is removed and not connected
