If you are still experiencing problems connecting to BT Access Manager contact

accompanied your BT SIM card and E180 for contact details and further
sources of help.

Removing the E180

Disconnect from BT Access Manager.

Select and stop the hardware related to the E180.

At the prompt "It is safe to remove the device", remove the E180.
