The HIBLOW HP-40 is compatible with 500 GPD Aerobic Treatment Systems and is suitable for small pond and water garden aeration applications.

i have a 2 compartment septic tank. If i add a HP-100 system or another one of your products to my septic system would it meet all the requirements of an aerobic septic system which is what our HOA is requiring?

    GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL GROUNDED, CORD-CONNECTED PRODUCTS This product should be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with an appropriate grounding plug.

    EXTENSION CORDS Use only a 3-wire extension cord that has a 3-blade grounding plug, and a 3-slot receptacle that will accept the plug on the product. Make sure your extension cord is in good condition. When using an extension cord, be sure to use one heavy enough to carry the current that your product will draw. A cord no longer than 100 feet, No.16 AWG extension cord should be used.
  • Page 5 Reinstall the Upper housing Reinstall the 4 screws holding the Frame cover on. (For HP-100/120, Refer to Fig.4- ) Reinstall the Sound absorber (except for HP-40, HP-100LL, HP-120LL). Reinstall the Upper housing and tighten corner screws. (Refer to Fig.4- )
  • Page 6 OPERATION WARNING: Lower housing and pump surfaces can become very hot during operation. Do not touch these surfaces until unit has been shut off and allowed to cool. CAUTION: Carefully examine the air pump after installation. It should not be plugged in if there is water on parts not intended to be wet.
  • Page 7 Upper housing, and gently pry apart. Remove the Sound absorber. (Refer to Fig.4- , except for HP-40, HP-100LL, HP-120LL) Remove the screws from all the corners of Frame cover for subsequent removal of the Frame cover.

If the unit is connected to electricity, Danger: opening of the alarm module can result in a risk of electric shock. Service of the alarm module should only be done by a qualified electrician or Danger: serviceman.
